im so pissed ! ive been wanting to enroll since 25th but its chrismas so its closed .
and today the 26th , was already ready to go and 5 minutes later ,
it rains heavily . time checked 2.46pm .
and it closes in an hour time !!
ahhhh ! stressss pala hotak.
